SOLICITUDE FOR ORPHANS CHILDREN SUPPORT GROUP-English

It is a charity organization that aims at helping the needy children, women and youth in the community through education, empowerment and nurturing of talents to raise their standard of living. We are located in the sprawling slums of Kayole-Soweto in Nairobi, Kenya. It was established in 2002 and registered in Kenya under the Ministry of Gender, Sports, Culture & Social Services on 20^th July, 2004 as a Community Based Organization.

OBJECTIVE 

To raise the development potential of the poor to enable them lead an adequate and self-sustainable life in the community.

SFOCSG also fosters partnership and collaboration between and amongst its communities through its various activities.

With its focus on community development, the CBO has a defined target groups: Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Women, People Living with HIV/AIDS and Youth.

VISION STATEMENT

A society that raises the standards of living of children, women and youth through education, business and economic empowerment, development, protection, health and participation.

MISSION STATEMENT

To improve the lives of children, women and youth in local communities through education, economic empowerment and social amenities in collaboration with other affinity groups that raises their standard of living.

Ni shirika la hisani ambalo linalenga kuwasaidia watoto wenye shida, wanawake na vijana katika jamii kupitia elimu, uwezeshaji na ulezi wa talanta ili kukuza kiwango chao cha maisha. Tupo kwenye makazi duni ya Kayole-Soweto jijini Nairobi, Kenya. Ilianzishwa mwaka 2002 na kusajiliwa nchini Kenya chini ya Wizara ya jinsia, michezo, utamaduni & huduma za kijamii katika 20^TH julai, 2004 kama shirika la msingi la jamii.

 LENGO

Ili kuongeza uwezo wa maendeleo ya maskini ili kuwawezesha wao kuongoza maisha ya kutosha na ya kujitegemea katika jamii.

SFOCSG pia hukuza ushirikiano na ushirikiano kati na miongoni mwa jamii zake kupitia shughuli zake mbalimbali.

Kwa kuzingatia maendeleo ya jamii, CBO ina makundi ya walengwa yaliyofafanuliwa: watoto yatima na wenye mazingira magumu, wanawake, watu wanaoishi na VVU/UKIMWI na vijana.

TAARIFA YA MAONO

Jamii inayoibua viwango vya maisha ya watoto, wanawake na vijana kupitia elimu, uwezeshaji wa biashara na uchumi, maendeleo, ulinzi, afya na ushiriki.

Kuboresha maisha ya watoto, wanawake na vijana katika jamii kwa njia ya elimu, uwezeshaji wa kiuchumi na huduma za kijamii kwa kushirikiana na makundi mengine ya uhusiano ambayo huinua kiwango chao cha maisha.
