The Ekeno Foundation is a non-profit organization from Kenya in the larger Tukana county that seek to raise funds through charity and humanitarian aid with an objective of supporting communities fight against hunger, diseases, disasters and poverty alleviation so as to improve their livelihood standards.

It was founded by Mr. Sammy Ekeno Erupe alias Sumu Tha Rapper who is also an artist from Africa. Set to rollout a number of programs with an intention of focus on children's rights, infants, handicapped, orphans, people living with disabilities(PLWD's), untapped talents, victims of HIV/AIDS, vulnerable, etcetera.

The Foundation has now teamed up with Mama Africa from Vienna Austria which was founded by Mr. Stephan Rollfinke, to introduce to you a campaign titled "DONATE A CEMENT" fund drive. This is a project of the Risen Stars Basketball Nakwamekwi Lodwar in collaboration with Friends of Sumu initiative.

It's supported by the Ekeno Foundation and other people of goodwill who are dedicated in enabling the team's court refurbishment to a desired standard.
